15. Shipping Policy:
15.1. Orders placed on the Site will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer and/or to any other location agreed upon by the parties when placing the order.

15.2. International shipping of products will be provided and delivered within the following time frame:

15.2.1. Within 6-16 business days via courier, at a cost of one US dollar;

15.3. "Business Day" - every day except, every Sunday and every day that is a US holiday or every day on which US banking institutions are closed.

15.4. The shipping cost may be updated from time to time in accordance with what is stated when placing the order on the Site.

15.5. The Site may set a minimum order amount on the Site.

15.6. In the event that a product ordered on the Site is out of stock at the time of placing the order, the Site will contact the Customer. If the Customer cannot be reached, the Site will ship the order without the out-of-stock product.

15.7. In the event that the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, the order will be left at his home, which will constitute valid proof of delivery.

15.8. The order will be delivered in accordance with the following conditions:

15.8.1. There is reasonable access to the location to which the order is sent;

15.8.2. If the order is sent to an organization, institution or settlement that cannot be reached without special permission and/or that does not have marked streets and/or marked house numbers, the order will be delivered to the distribution point of that location.

15.9. The site will not be responsible for any delay and/or problem in the delivery of orders caused by the following conditions:

15.9.1. Force majeure and/or events beyond the control of the site;

15.9.2. For reasons related to the delivery provider and/or collection points;

15.9.3. Holidays and/or pre-holiday periods, including the months of November and December when shopping holidays and promotions take place;

15.9.4. Economic closure, such that the operation of the site and/or site suppliers and/or service providers is affected for any reason.
